Mr. Keshav Ranganath Panse, the first historian of the Panse family, in the first edition of the history of the Panse family, published in 1928, had very neatly drawn the family tree of the Panse family for about 432 years, that is from around 1496 AD to his generation i.e. 1928, from the documents collected by him. Fifty years after that, on the initiative of his son - Mr. Sadashiv Keshav Panse and the editorial board expanded the family tree which had grown in the fifty years from 1928 to 1978.
