Registration for Panse Maherwashini Group (PMW)

You can register as a member of this Panse Maherwashini Group (PMW) after
completing following form; only if you comply with these basic terms and conditions:
1. You must belong to Hindu Deshastha Bramhan Panse family. It means that your
surname (maiden surname) before marriage must be Panse.
2. In case, you are not fulfilling above condition, PLEASE DO NOT FILL UP THIS
FORM. Any completed form not complying with these conditions will be deleted
forthwith and PMW membership will be denied to such a person.
3. After filling up the following form, mail will be sent to the registered email id
confirming the details.
4. Any person becoming member of PMW group, must be the “Life Member of
Panse Manadal”
5. If you are not Life Member of Panse Mandal yet, then please complete Life
Membershipl form and pay Rs.750/- (Rs. Seven Hundred Fifty only) as one time Life
Membership Fee (applicable presently). The procedure and bank details are
available by clicking the “Become a Life Member” button.
6. “President, Panse Mandal” or the committee nominated by him/ her, will approve
or disapprove your application for MPW / Life Membership of Panse Mandal;
without giving any reason.
7. When you complete these form and request membership of Panse Maherwashini
Group (MPW); you agree to abide by the existing and future terms and conditions
laid down by Panse Mandal.
8. You can send a mail to the Secretary, Panse Manadal, if you want to exit this group.
9. Schemes and concessions announced by Panse Mandal, from time to time,
shall be limited to Panse Mahervashini who are Life Members of Panse Mandal
unless otherwise announced separately. Schemes and discounts announced for
their other familiy members, unless specifically mentioned, will not be applicable.
पानसे माहेरवाशिणी ग्रुप (PMW) साठी नोंदणी
अक्षरे मोठी दिसण्यासाठी तुमच्या ब्राउझर मधील झूम मोठे करा.
पुढील मूलभूत अटी आणि शर्ती आपणास मान्य असतील तर खालील मसुदा भरल्यानंतर तुम्ही या पानसे
माहेरवाशिणी गटाचे (PMW) सदस्य म्हणून नोंदणी करू शकता.
१.तुम्ही हिंदू देशस्थ ब्राह्मण पानसे कुटुंबातील असणे आवश्यक आहे. म्हणजे लग्नापूर्वी तुमचे
आडनाव (माहेरचे आडनाव) पानसे असणे आवश्यक आहे.
२.तुम्ही वरील अट पूर्ण करत नसल्यास, कृपया हा मसुदा भरू नका.
३. या अटींचे पालन न करणारा कोणताही भरलेला मसुदा ताबडतोब हटवला जाईल. आणि अशा
व्यक्तीला PMW चे सदस्यत्व नाकारले जाईल.खालील मसुदा भरल्यानंतर, तपशीलांची पुष्टी करणारी मेल नोंदणीकृत ईमेल आयडीवर पाठवली
जाईल.
४.PMW समुहाचा सदस्य होणारी कोणतीही व्यक्ती, पानसे मंडळाची आजीव सदस्य असणे आवश्यक आहे.
५. तुम्ही अद्याप पानसे मंडळाचे आजीव सदस्य नसल्यास, कृपया अतिरिक्त मसुदा भरा आणि
रु.५०१/- (रु. पाचशे एक) एक वेळचे आजीव सदस्यत्व शुल्क (सध्या लागू असलेले) म्हणून भरा.
प्रक्रिया आणि बँक तपशील संकेत स्थळावरील “आजीव सदस्य व्हा” बटणावर क्लिक करून बघता
येतील..
६. “अध्यक्ष, पानसे मंडळ” किंवा त्यांनी नियुक्त केलेली समिती, PMW /पानसे मंडळाच्या आजीव सदस्यत्वासाठी केलेला तुमचा अर्ज कुठलेही कारण न देता मंजूर किंवा नामंजूर करेल.
७. जेव्हा तुम्ही हा मसुदा पूर्ण करून पानसे माहेरवाशिणी गटा (MPW) च्या सदस्यत्वाची विनंती
करता; तेव्हा आपण पानसे मंडळाने घालून दिलेल्या विद्यमान आणि भविष्यातील अटी व शर्तींचे
पालन करण्यास तुम्ही सहमत आहात असा आहे.
८. जर तुमहाला या गटातून बाहेर पडायचे असेल तर तसे तुम्ही कार्यवाह, पानसे मंडळ यांना इमेल
पाठवून कळवू शकता.
९.पानसे मंडळ यांनी वेळोवेळी जाहीर केलेल्या योजना आणि सवलती वेगळे जाहीर केले
नसल्यास पानसे मंडळाच्या आजीव सदस्य असलेल्याच फक्त पानसे माहेरवाशिणी यांच्यापुरत्या
मर्यादित असतील. विशेष उल्लेख नसल्यास जाहीर केलेल्या योजना आणि सवलती त्यांच्या
